In October 2023, the original owner, Ron Ecker, passed away suddenly, leaving behind a legacy of excellence in the pool industry. In January 2024, ownership transitioned to Ben Demetrakis, a U.S. Air Force veteran with five years of experience in the pool industry. Before taking over North Carroll Pools and Spas, Ben worked for a well – respected pool company in Westminster, MD, gaining valuable expertise in pool maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
